    We call you back

    Usually within two hours during the workday. We'll ask what you have in mind, when you'd like it done, and the budget you're working with, so nobody's time gets wasted.

    We come look at the yard

    Most projects start with a complimentary Project Fit Consultation, often at your house. Sun, drainage, the roofline and access all change what makes sense, and it's hard to judge those from photos.

  3. 3

    You get a clear next step

    Straightforward projects go to a written estimate. Bigger projects with structures or several features go through our design process first. That starts with a $1,000 design retainer, which is credited to construction when you build with us.

Things people usually ask before they call

Do I need to know my budget first?
No. A rough range helps us point you in the right direction, but plenty of people don't know yet. We can tell you what similar projects actually cost from jobs we've built around North DFW.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The Project Fit Consultation costs nothing and you're not signing up for anything. Formal design work on bigger projects is paid, and we'll tell you up front if your project needs it.
Do you work in my area?
We're based in Frisco and work across North DFW: Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, Plano, Allen, Celina, The Colony, Little Elm, Lewisville, Carrollton and Dallas. If you're a little outside that, ask anyway.
What should I have ready?
Nothing fancy. A few phone photos of the space, a rough idea of size, and your HOA rules if you have an HOA. If you don't have any of that yet, that's fine too.
