True Star Outdoor Solutions was founded by Cameron Whiteman, who started in the trades doing small repair jobs and landscaping work. He learned the business from the ground up, eventually working for one of the largest landscape companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Cameron gained valuable experience on large-scale projects, but he saw a problem: when issues came up on job sites, corporate processes meant delays. Customers had to wait for approvals instead of getting problems solved immediately.

He wanted to build a company where the team had the freedom to fix things on the spot, not days later.

During his time living in Mexico, Cameron became fluent in Spanish, which became the foundation for building a crew that operates like family. Today, our installation crews are led by Jorge, who brings years of craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project. Clear communication in Spanish means fewer mistakes and higher quality work.

We've grown beyond residential projects. Our HOA and commercial contracts are overseen by dedicated crews who understand the unique demands of larger properties and community standards.
